I was once like them. Refreshing my feed at 2am until I reached the end of it, then refreshing again anyway. I did that for years. Around 2019, I stopped.
I realized how much time I was wasting. How my thoughts were being shaped by people I don&amp;rsquo;t even know personally. How easily I would get stressed just because someone online disagreed with me.</description></item></channel></rss>
